When you receive a soap dispenser but it doesn't work:
1. Please make sure you are using a brand new alkaline battery (non-rechargeable battery)
2. Please check soap outlet and pipe, make sure nothing clog them. Then fill the soap reservoir with water and wave hand to get water out. It will test soap passage and also help to clean the passage.

Fluffy foam: You can use not only foam soap but also liquid detergent, and when you pick it up, it will come out as foam, so you don't have to foam it firmly and it's gentle on your skin.
